A player is tested in a 3 vs 1 rally drill, forcing them to defend against three opponents. This is an excellent way to improve defensive technique, reaction time, and endurance under pressure.

About Rally & Match Practice

Drills build muscle memory, but they do not replace the chaos of a real rally. In our sessions, we pull you out of your comfort zone with specific defensive drills like 3 vs 1 and fast-paced practice games. You will figure out your weaknesses quickly when someone is actually attacking your backhand, and that is exactly where the real improvement happens.
