These aren't just practice sessions; they are the foundation of your game. From high-speed multi-shuttle feeding to precise footwork patterns, we train with one goal: making you a winner.

Footwork is the foundation of a great player. This shadow drill for kids builds correct movement patterns, muscle memory, and court coverage without the pressure of hitting the shuttle. We start building champions from the ground up.

"Keep going" is what I tell my players. This multi-shuttle drill is designed to push endurance and consistency, forcing the player to maintain form and speed even when fatigued.

Power and precision. This smash practice focuses on generating maximum power while maintaining control of the shuttle's placement. I teach my players to end the rally with authority.

Hard work is the only key to success. This video shows a player engaged in a demanding footwork and shot-making drill, demonstrating the discipline required to excel in badminton.

Bending is crucial for a strong defense and quick net play. This multi-feeding practice is specifically designed to improve a player's ability to get low and return difficult shots from the front of the court.

This is a fast-paced drives session for doubles players. The drill improves reaction time, racket speed, and the ability to control flat exchanges at the net, which is critical in doubles badminton.

Multi-shuttle drills are a core part of my training because they simulate the intensity of a real match. This session is all about improving speed, agility, and shot consistency under pressure.

Another look at our multi-shuttle drills. I use these to rapidly improve a player's reflexes and stamina, ensuring they can handle even the fastest rallies.

A good defense wins championships. This defense practice focuses on quick reactions, proper body positioning, and the discipline to return powerful smashes consistently.

They say sports aren't for women? Watch this. My female players train with the same intensity, grit, and determination as anyone else. Here, we shatter stereotypes with every smash.

About On-Court Drills: Forging Champions

My multi-shuttle drills are designed to push your endurance beyond your comfort zone. We don't just hit back and forth; we simulate the exact pressure of a tournament match, forcing you to maintain your form and footwork speed even when you're completely exhausted. If you want to see results, you need to be comfortable with being uncomfortable.

At Shri Durga Badminton Academy in Rohini, I don’t believe in shortcuts. My on-court drills are designed to simulate the chaos and fatigue of a real tournament match. We start with shadow footwork—drills that might seem boring initially, but they are the bedrock of court movement. By repeating these lunges and split steps without the shuttle, you build the muscle memory needed to reach every corner of the court when it counts.

Then, we move to multi-shuttle feeding. This is the heart of my Intensive Performance Training. I feed shuttles at high velocity to force you to defend, drive, and kill, over and over again. It’s about building reflexes and shot consistency under pressure. Whether you are prepping for a state-level event or just want to dominate your local club, this repetition is non-negotiable.

We also focus heavily on doubles-specific movement. Many players struggle with rotation and net play, so I run specific drives sessions that improve your ability to control flat exchanges at the net. If your defense is weak, you will lose, so we spend a significant amount of time on low-body positioning and returning tough smashes.

Remember, 'Body tut jaaye koe nahi par sapna nahi tutna chahye' (It's okay if the body breaks, but the dream shouldn't). You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will be pushed. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building your game, come find me on the court.
