You will undergo 5 to 6 hours of training daily, combining technical drills on BWF-approved courts with intensive gym sessions for plyometrics and strength. I track every detail, from your specific footwork patterns to your recovery protocols, to ensure you are building tournament-level stamina.
My academy in Noida operates on a simple principle: hard work beats talent. Whether you join the residential high-performance program or the short-term intensive technical camp, the expectation is the same. We focus on match simulations, multi-shuttle feeding, and reaction training to ensure you are tournament-ready.
You train in a full-scale athlete environment. We have three BWF-approved courts, a specialized gym for strength and plyometrics, and a swimming pool. Recovery is treated with the same importance as the training itself—ice baths, targeted massage, and mobility sessions are non-negotiable parts of your daily routine.
This systematic approach has produced tangible results. Athletes from BBA are climbing the ranks, with students achieving India Rank No. 4 and winning gold at state championships like the UP State U19. If you are serious about chasing medals, this is the training ground you need.
