My live stations are engineered for performance, not just cooking. Take my custom-built jeep grill, for instance; it is designed specifically for slow-grilling paneer skewers over real charcoal while guests watch the process. It is that exact theatre, the sizzle of the tadka, and the aroma of fresh dim sum that turns a standard buffet line into a memorable conversation starter.
When you bring your kitchen out to the guests, the entire vibe of the party changes. That is why I have focused so heavily on the interaction between my chefs and your guests. Whether it is a wedding in Bengaluru or a corporate gala, food should be an immersive experience.

I have been catering since 1997, and if there is one thing I have learned, it is that guests appreciate fresh food. By preparing items like our Soba noodle soup or thin-crust pizzas right in front of them, we ensure the quality is at its peak. We have held a Limca World Record for vegetarian variety, and we bring that same level of diversity to our interactive counters, ensuring every guest, whether they want traditional Dal Baati or fusion global bites, has a station they love.
