When I set up live counters, I am looking to do more than just serve food. I focus on managing the crowd flow, ensuring my chefs have the space to engage with your guests, and keeping the station clean throughout the entire event, so the presentation stays as fresh as the taste.
Live counters are the heart of any lively wedding. They act as a focal point where guests can see their food being prepared, which builds anticipation and ensures that what lands on their plate is piping hot and made to order. I have refined my station setups to handle both intimate family gatherings and large weddings with up to 9,500 guests.
My live menus cover a wide range of tastes:
- Traditional Staples: I believe you cannot go wrong with a classic, crispy Mulbagal Dosa or soft, fresh Appam served with hot stew. These are crowd favourites and provide that authentic touch of Karnataka.
