I emphasize proper form—like the cues I share for hip thrusts or split squats—to prevent injury and ensure you are targeting the right muscles, not just moving for the sake of it.

Fitness is hard when you are doing it alone. That is why I am involved daily. We use WhatsApp for meal reviews and regular calls to track bio-feedback like sleep and digestion. This isn't just a PDF plan I email and forget; it is a partnership.
