Scope of Work
- Site Marking: Designing the flow of the pathway based on foot traffic patterns.
- Excavation: Shallow digging of 2-3 inches to seat the stones flush with ground level.
- Base Preparation: Laying a bed of M-sand or stone dust to ensure stability.
- Stone Installation: Supplying and laying flame-finished (anti-skid) Granite or Kadapa stone slabs.
- Gap Filling: Planting Mexican grass strips or filling white pebbles in the 2-4 inch gaps.

- Stone: Grey Sadarhalli Granite or Black Kadapa with rough grip texture.
- Thickness: Approximately 20mm to 30mm.
- Soil: Enriched Red soil used in the gaps for grass growth.
- Finishing: Leveling stones to prevent tripping hazards.
Exposed Wire-Cut Brick Planters
Scope of Work
- Foundation: Creating a PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) base to prevent sinking.
- Masonry: Constructing the border wall using exposed wire-cut bricks.
- Waterproofing: Internal coating of the planter box to prevent water seepage on adjacent walls.
- Capping: Optional stone or concrete coping on top for a finished look.

- Bricks: Premium Wire-cut Red Bricks with uniform shape and color.
- Mortar: 1:4 Cement to Sand ratio for high durability.
- Finishing: Joints are raked and cleaned for a professional exposed aesthetic without messy cement smears.
60mm Interlocking Paver Driveway
Scope of Work
- Ground Levelling: Clearing debris and leveling the earth manually or via machinery.
- Bedding: Spreading and compacting a 2-3 inch layer of stone dust or M-sand.
- Laying: Installation of 60mm concrete paver blocks in Zig-zag, Dumbbell, or Square patterns.
- Compaction: Vibratory plate compaction to lock the pavers in place for vehicle loads.
- Finishing: Filling joints with fine sand and cutting side blocks to fit boundaries.
Material Quality
- Pavers: M30 Grade concrete pavers, 60mm thickness.
- Drainage: Interlocking design allows partial rainwater percolation to prevent puddles.
Terrace Garden Drainage System
Scope of Work
- Surface Check: Inspecting existing floor tiles for cracks or slope issues.
- Drain Cell Installation: Laying plastic drainage mats (20mm-30mm height) to allow water flow under soil.
- Geotextile Layering: Covering drain cells with non-woven fabric that filters soil while allowing water passage.
- Drain Outlet Protection: Screening main water outlets with mesh to prevent blockage.
