Turnkey Garden Execution & Hardscaping
Site Preparation & Soil Work
- Clearance: Removal of construction debris, basic weeding, and ground levelling.
- Soil Enrichment: Layering of red soil mixed with organic manure (vermicompost) to a depth of 2-4 inches.
- Contouring: Creation of gentle mud mounds and slopes to add visual depth to the landscape.
Hardscaping & Planting
- Lawn: Supply and rolling of pre-grown Mexican or Pearl Carpet Grass.
- Pathways: Installation of natural stone slabs (Sadarahalli Granite/Kadapa) with pebble in-fill.
- Softscaping: Planting of border hedges, flowering shrubs, and focal ornamental trees (Palms/Ficus).
Design & Exclusions
- Layout: Basic 2D/3D plan provided upon execution award.
- Note: Civil concrete works, electrical wiring, and automated irrigation are charged separately.

- Artificial Turf: High-density grass (35mm - 45mm pile height) for a lush look with zero maintenance.
- Base Work: Installation of drain cells below turf to ensure water flow and prevent dampness.
- Detailing: Polished river pebbles lining the edges for a finished aesthetic.
Decor & Planting
- Planters: Premium FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) or Ceramic pots in geometric rectangular or tapered shapes.
- Plants: Shade-tolerant varieties like Areca Palms, Monstera, and Snake Plants suitable for apartments.
- Features: Provision for aesthetic corners such as a rock layout or wooden trellis.

How I Work
- I always begin with a chat to get what you want. Then I show you 3D landscape planning so you know exactly how your garden will look.
- When it’s time to build, I do the ground work, level things out, lay lawns (like Pearl Grass turf installation), and set up features. I can add vertical green wall setup, water features, pergolas, and custom lighting.
- If you want a jungle theme garden or just a simple rock garden, I’ve got you covered.
- Hardscape garden features like stone pathways, retaining walls, and fencing - I do those too.
- I stick around after, offering maintenance to keep your garden healthy. Not going to ghost you once the plants are in.
