How Pricing Works

The per sq ft rate you see on the service card is a span across elements, not a single rate for your whole plot. Natural lawn, hardscape pathways, terrace turf, decorative work, each has its own rate. Your real project cost depends on which elements you actually want and how much area each one covers. The package cards below break down the per element rates so you can see what fits your space.

Our Process

I come myself for the site visit. Rs 700 to 1,000 within 10 km of my base, Rs 1,500 to 2,000 beyond. Site visit illa andre design sariyagalla (without the site visit the design will not be right). I need to read the space in person, light, soil, drainage, before I can commit to anything.
The look is agreed on-site. I share photos of similar gardens we have done. We do not make 2D or 3D drawings.
Written quote arrives in a few days with all the requisites. Once you sign off, the design is locked. Quote is valid 7 days.
Payment: 50% advance with work order, 35% on materials supply, 15% on completion.
The garden takes about 2 months to fill in and look like the photo. Day-1 is not day-60.

What I Stand By

Honest advice, no over-promising. If a plant fails because of how we installed it, wrong species, drainage missed, soil prep error, I replace it free. Normal plant deaths from missed watering or Bangalore weather are on the owner. My aim is simple, idu heaven thara ide! (this feels like heaven) when you look at your own garden.

Cancellation Policy

Once the advance is paid, any material I have already bought for your project (grass mats, pots, stones, plants) is non-refundable, that cost is committed on my side. If no material has been sourced for your project yet, refund of the advance is decided on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations are rare in landscaping work, but be sure before paying the advance.
