What I Am Best At
Lawn laying. Natural Mexican or bermuda grass, laid as mats on soil we have cleared, filled with red earth, treated and levelled first. One mat covers 3 sq ft. Plants and borders around it if you want, or just the grass work on its own. A lawn is all about the soil under it and the grass suiting your light. Get that wrong and no amount of watering saves it.

How We Design
Beautiful AND sustainable. My aim is Feel Like Heaven, but only with what will hold up in your soil, your light, your monsoon. If a beautiful idea will not last 2 years on your site, I will say so and suggest what will. Tell me the general scope and let me pick the materials.
How Pricing Works
The per sq ft rate on the card spans different elements, it is not one rate for your whole plot. Area matters too. Labour and lorry trips cost nearly the same for a small lawn as a big one, so a 150 sq ft lawn works out much higher per sq ft than a 1250 sq ft one. Bigger area, better rate.
If the quote is above your budget, tell me and we will cut scope together. I would rather give you a smaller garden done properly than the same garden done cheaply.
Our Process
- I come myself for the site visit, Rs 700 to 1,000 within 10 km, Rs 1,500 to 2,000 beyond. Site visit illa andre design sariyagalla (without the site visit the design will not be right).
- The look is agreed on-site and I share photos of similar gardens. We do not make 2D or 3D drawings.
- Written quote in a few days. Once you sign off, the design is locked. Quote valid 7 days.
- Payment 50% advance, 35% on materials, 15% on completion.
- The garden takes about 2 months to fill in. Day-1 is not day-60.
What I Stand By
If a plant fails because of how we installed it, wrong species, drainage missed, soil prep error, I replace it free. Normal deaths from missed watering or Bangalore weather are on the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Once the advance is paid, material already bought for your project (grass mats, pots, stones, plants) is non-refundable, that cost is committed on my side. If nothing has been sourced yet, refund is case-by-case. Be sure before paying the advance.

Plants and trees are my real passion, I love sitting down on your site, walking the space, understanding the light, the soil, the drainage, and then telling you what will actually look beautiful AND last for years, not just look nice on day 1. Our work stretches across Bengaluru from my base in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. That 'Before' and 'Ofter' (after!) feeling? Nothing beats it.
