Complete Balcony Garden Setup
Containers & Planters
Choice of premium Ceramic/FRP pots (High range) or UV treated grow bags/terracotta (Low range). Includes approximately 10-15 units per setup.
Plant Selection
Curated mix of air-purifying plants (Sansevieria, Money Plant) and ornamental foliage (Crotons, Palms) selected based on balcony sunlight direction.
Display Stands
Inclusion of 1-2 white powder-coated metal tiered plant stands to utilize vertical space.
Essentials
Proprietary potting mix (red soil, cocopeat, vermicompost) and plastic bottom trays for drainage control.
Lawn Installation & Soil Prep
Site Preparation
Removal of construction debris, weeds, and wild vegetation. Tilling existing red earth and mixing with manure/vermicompost to a depth of 4-6 inches.
Grass Installation
Laying of shade-tolerant Mexican Grass (Selection 1) sods. Includes first watering and rolling for root setting.
Hardscaping & Borders
Installation of red clay bricks (laid angularly) or concrete kerb stones to separate lawn from beds. Includes planting of hardy border shrubs like Spider Lilies or Duranta.
Natural Stone Pathways
Material Specifications
Supply of natural stone slabs (Sadarahalli Grey Granite, Kota stone, or irregular Sandstone) with a rough/flamed finish for anti-slip safety.
Installation
Stones laid on a sand/mortar bed. Can be executed as 'stepping stones' or solid paving.
Joint Infills
Gaps between stones filled with either decorative river pebbles (white/mixed) or Mexican grass for a soft-scape look.
Automated Vertical Bio-Wall
Structural Framework
Custom fabrication of MS (Mild Steel) grid frame mounted securely to the wall.
Planting System
High-density planting (3-4 plants per sq. ft.) using hardy varieties like Ferns and Syngoniums housed in UV-stabilized black PP pots.
Irrigation & Media
Includes integrated automated drip irrigation lines for every pot. Uses lightweight cocopeat-based soilless mix to reduce wall load.

Why I Love Creating Gardens
Nature in the city is a big deal for me. I want people in Bangalore to have their own green spot, whether it’s a full backyard transformation or a simple balcony garden setup. I like keeping things simple and straight to the point, so you don’t have to worry about complicated processes.
How I Work
- I listen first. I ask what you want and check out your space.
- I make 3D garden design mockups so you know exactly what’s coming - no surprises with the layout or plant placement.
- My team and I handle everything - from digging up stubborn old patches to putting in fresh sod, planting, and tidying up.
What I Can Do
- Full garden makeovers - clear out the mess, start fresh, and build a new space from scratch.
- Lawns - I install natural grass (Mexican sod is a hit) or do artificial turf installation for easy care, especially for balconies or tricky spots.
- Hardscaping - I design patios, walkways, pergolas, fences, and neat garden beds. Stone slabs, pebbles, and brick edging - we use what works best for the space.
- Indoor & balcony gardens - Don’t have outdoor space? Chill, I’ve set up green corners in atriums, stair nooks, and balconies.

We’re Hygrinz Urban Gardening, and honestly, plants are our thing. Started out just wanting to make Bengaluru homes a bit greener, now we’re all about helping folks become plant parents, even if it’s just one little succulent. Garden maintenance & plant care - From pruning and weeding to full lawn care and repotting, we keep your garden healthy. Hourly jobs or regular visits, up to you.
Nursery plants & potting mixes - Indoor plants, hibiscus, bonsai, marigold - we’ve got a nursery packed with options. We prep our own potting mixes too.
