- Primary Framework: Heavy-gauge MS (Mild Steel) hollow box sections (100mm columns, 100mm x 50mm rafters).
- Finish: Anti-rust treatment followed by 2 coats of high-grade Epoxy or PU paint (Matte Black or White).
- Roofing Material: 10mm or 12mm Toughened Glass (Clear/Tinted) or High-density WPC rafters.
- Waterproofing: Silicone sealing at glass joints and flashing at wall junctions.
