Scope of Work
- Site Clearance: Removal of surface weeds, pebbles, and debris to reach base earth.
- Soil Prep: Spreading enriched Garden Red Soil mixed with organic manure (approx. 2-inch layer) for root health.
- Grading: Basic ground levelling to prevent water logging.
- Installation: Laying ready-to-use Mexican or Bermuda grass pads (sodding) for immediate results.
- Finishing: Machine rolling and initial watering to remove air pockets.
Material Specs
- Grass: Shade-loving Mexican Grass or fine-leaf Bermuda Grass.
- Soil: Fertile Red Earth.
Stone Pathway & Driveway Paving
Scope of Work
- Base Construction: Laying a 3-4 inch PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) bed for load-bearing capacity.
- Material Supply: Sourcing natural stones like Sadahalli, Granite, Tandoor, or Kadapa.
- Installation: Wet-laying stones with cement mortar including cutting for edges.
- Grouting: Sealing joints with cement or grout mixture.
Design & Specs
- Styles: Full paving for driveways, stepping stones for paths, or cobblestone circles.
- Finish: Rough or Flamed anti-skid finish suitable for outdoors.
- Thickness: Heavy-duty slabs (20mm to 40mm).

- Design: Layout planning for zones, movement, and planting.
- Masonry: Construction of planter boxes, brick borders, and minor retaining structures.

I take empty or worn-out spaces and turn them into gardens you actually want to spend time in. If you want a place that feels green and lived-in, not just picture-perfect, I’m your guy. Most of my clients say the transformation is best seen at the end - until then, it can look a bit messy, honestly.
My Process
- First, I visit your site and plan the space - paths, lawns, plants, all sorted on paper.
- I clear the land myself and use only good red soil. No shortcuts here.
- Civil work like retaining walls and stone pathways? All done in-house.
- Full install - planting, lawn laying, stonework, the works.
What I Build
- Lawns: Pure Mexican Grass (the best for most), Bermuda, or shade grasses. Artificial options for balconies and terraces.
- Stone Pathways & Patios: Loads of types - Bangalore Stone, Kadapa, cobblestones. Can do checkerboard or simple stepping stones. Custom stone benches and pergolas too.
- Plants: From Areca Palms and Bougainvillea to big old Bonsai and shade trees.
- Water features: Small ponds, waterfalls, fountains if you want that sound in your garden.
