Professional Garden Pathways, Patios, and Paving in Bangalore
Your garden is more than just plants. It is defined by the solid ground beneath your feet. We build durable foundations for your outdoor spaces, using high-quality granite, pavers, and custom stone layouts that stay level and clean for years.
Here I am walking you through a completed project in Jigini, showcasing both our hardscaping and softscaping work. You can see the clean pathway stones with Mexican grass, durable 60mm paver stones, and neat brickwork for the planters.
This is a look at a clean and modern side yard we completed. We installed a pathway using natural, irregularly shaped stones set into a lush green lawn. On the side, a dedicated planter bed with red soil provides a great space for new plants.
This video shows the detailed work involved in laying interlocking paver stones. Our team is seen carefully spreading sand and setting each stone to ensure a perfectly level and durable surface for a driveway or patio.
A closer look at a unique flooring design we created. This combines square stone tiles with a border of smooth, white pebbles set in concrete, creating a textured and visually interesting patio floor that complements the raised planter beds.
This project features multiple pathway designs integrated into a large lawn. We installed straight pathways using rectangular stone pavers, creating a grid-like pattern in some areas and simple walking paths in others, all set within freshly laid Mexican grass.
A freshly installed lawn featuring a clean pathway made of square stone pavers. This simple yet effective design provides a practical walking surface while maintaining the beauty of the lush green grass surrounding it.
For this project, we used gravel to create a low-maintenance and modern ground cover. The video shows our team spreading the crushed stone evenly across the area, which is a great solution for driveways or areas where you don't want a lawn.
This outdoor space features a classic cobblestone patio. The natural stone provides a rustic and timeless feel, perfect for a seating area surrounded by lush, tropical plants in terracotta pots.
Here you can see our team using a plate compactor machine to set the paver stones firmly into the sand base. This crucial step ensures the surface is stable, level, and will not shift over time, guaranteeing a long-lasting finish.
This video shows the initial stages of a large hardscaping project. Our team is laying the groundwork, including setting up kerb stones for drainage and borders, and preparing the area for gravel and paver installation.
About Pathways, Patios & Paving
The durability of your outdoor pathway depends entirely on the base preparation, not just the stone you see on top. We dig 2-3 inches, lay a solid bed of stone dust or M-sand, and compact the ground before installing any pavers or granite slabs. Skipping this step is why many garden paths sink or wobble after a few months. When we build your patio or driveway, we ensure the foundation prevents shifting, keeping your outdoor space safe and perfectly level.
Building the Bones of Your Garden
Hardscaping is the skeletal structure of your landscape. Whether you are planning a modern driveway, a cozy stone patio, or a functional walking path through your lawn, the work must be precise. We focus on 'clear cut' results, meaning clean lines, proper drainage, and stability that withstands the Bangalore weather.
Our Approach to Paving
- Base Foundation: Every installation, whether M30 grade concrete pavers or rough-cut granite, begins with site marking and proper excavation. We compact the soil so your path doesn't dip over time.
- Material Choices: We work with various materials based on your usage. Granite slabs are perfect for decorative, low-traffic areas, while 60mm concrete pavers are built to handle the weight of vehicles in driveway applications.
- Drainage & Leveling: We design paths and patios to ensure water flows away from your walls. For terrace gardens, we use dedicated drain cells and geotextile fabric, protecting your slab from dampness while ensuring your plants have air circulation at the roots.
Why Professional Installation Matters
We often see DIY attempts where stones are laid directly on soil. Without the correct M-sand bedding and kerb stone borders, these paths eventually get swallowed by grass or shift during the monsoon. Our team brings the machinery and the patience to ensure that joints are filled, edges are clean, and the finished surface is anti-skid.
If you have a rough patch that needs transforming, we can visit your site, take measurements, and show you exactly how we will level the ground and lay the stone. We handle the hard work so you can simply enjoy the space.
Shape My Garden
I am Shreyamsh, and for us, gardening is about getting the basics right. My team—Chetan, Deepak, and Sudhakar—spends hours on site clearing, leveling, and compacting soil because we know that a great garden starts with a solid foundation. We believe in being fully transparent about our process, so we show you exactly how we build your paths and patios, step by step.
