Champions aren't born; they are forged through sweat and grit. We don't do soft fitness here. This is real combat conditioning for those ready to build an iron body.

Body conditioning is non-negotiable for a fighter. We use drills like taking controlled body shots and resistance training to build a body that can endure punishment in the ring.

Teamwork builds strength and unity. This group conditioning exercise builds leg and core strength while fostering a sense of camaraderie among the fighters.

We incorporate traditional strength training methods like the 'Mugdar' or Indian club. This exercise builds powerful shoulder, back, and core strength essential for striking.

Before we do any pushups, we warm up and stretch properly. I teach my students to prepare their bodies for intense workouts to prevent injury and maximize results.

This is the first variation of our pushup routine, focusing on basic form with different hand placements to strengthen the entire upper body and core.

The second variation is the knuckle pushup. This strengthens the knuckles and wrists, which is crucial for delivering powerful punches without injury.

The third and fourth variations are fingertip and archer pushups. These build immense finger, forearm, and unilateral strength, essential for grip and power.

The fifth pushup variation focuses on the lat muscles. A strong back is the source of powerful punches, and this exercise targets it directly.

The sixth pushup variation is a specialized movement to build explosive power in the triceps and biceps, adding speed and snap to your strikes.

A champion's journey starts with changing the man. This clip shows the combination of striking drills and tough physical conditioning that forges a fighter.

About Forging Champions: Elite Conditioning

Conditioning here isn't about vanity muscles; it’s about surviving the ring. We don't rely on AC gyms or fancy machines. Instead, we use tools like the 'Mugdar' and traditional body-hardening drills to forge a physique that can take a hit and keep pushing. You are here for the sweat, the grit, and the real results.

Building the Fighter’s Physique

Real Muay Thai conditioning is not about how you look, but how you perform under pressure. My methodology focuses on functionality—explosive power, endurance, and durability. Whether you are training for a professional bout or just want to reach that level of fitness, the process is the same.

Why Traditional Drills Matter

We incorporate ancient methods like 'Mugdar' (Indian Club) training to develop shoulder stability and rotational power, which are essential for every strike you throw. Our body-hardening circuits, including controlled impact drills, ensure your core and shins are conditioned to absorb punishment in the ring, not just dish it out.

The 'Champions' Curriculum

  • Push-up Variations: We go beyond the basic set. From knuckle and fingertip push-ups to archer variations, these movements are designed to strengthen your wrists, forearms, and shoulders, directly impacting your punch power.
  • Agility & Footwork: We use hurdle and ladder drills to keep you light, reactive, and balanced. If you can’t move, you can’t fight.
  • Iron Body Conditioning: Expect resistance drills and core-focused circuits that build resilience. It is simple: if you want to be a champion, you must train like one.

This is a non-AC, high-ventilation environment at our Sadiq Nagar and Siri Fort facilities. We don't offer shortcuts. If you are ready to commit, I will give you my everything to help you reach your goals.
