- Ceiling Balloons: 40 to 50 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons attached to the ceiling using removal-friendly glue dots (air-filled).
- Hanging Ribbons: Curling ribbons attached to ceiling balloons creating a canopy effect.
- Foil Message: 1 set of 16-inch Foil Letter Balloons on the main wall (e.g., "HAPPY BIRTHDAY", "HAPPY ANNIVERSARY", or "I LOVE YOU").
- Shape Foils: 2-3 Heart or Star-shaped foil balloons added to the wall or bed cluster.
Bed & Floor Elements
- Floor Balloons: 40 to 50 loose balloons scattered across the floor and bed.
- Rose Petals: Approx. 250g of fresh red rose petals forming a small heart on the bed or scattered on bedside tables.

The Cabana Structure
- Fabric Canopy: Sheer white net fabric created into a tent structure over the bed (draped from ceiling/headboard to floor).
- Fairy Lights: 6 to 8 strings of Warm White LED Fairy Lights interwoven within the net fabric. Note: Lights are on a rental basis.
Floral & Balloon Accents
- Heavy Petal Décor: Approx. 1kg fresh red rose petals used for a large heart/initials on the bed and a floor pathway.
- Balloons: 30 to 40 Metallic Balloons placed in bunches on the floor or near the canopy base.
- Foil Accents: Includes a "LOVE" cursive foil or Heart Foils on the pillows.

- Rentals: Setup includes rental equipment (lights/stands) which are collected the following day.

- Photos: Up to 15 Printed Photographs hanging from balloons or the ring.
Room Ambience
- Ambient Lighting: 10-12 battery-operated LED tea-light candles placed on the floor.
- Room Fillers: 50+ loose balloons for floor/ceiling and full rose petal bed artwork with headboard fairy lights.
Logistics
- Execution Time: 2.5 - 3 Hours.
- Rentals: Heavy props (Ring Stand, Neon Sign, Extensions) are strictly rental items collected by the team the next day.
