In my kitchen, every dish is prepared with cariño, or love. Here, I am preparing a sauce, ensuring that every ingredient speaks of its Spanish heritage and contributes to a memorable flavour.

Deciding between our seating options is the first step in planning your evening. Our open-air courtyard garden offers a relaxed atmosphere perfect for a casual date, while our private, curtained cabanas provide the intimate seclusion required for anniversaries and special proposals. Since our cabanas are limited, we recommend booking them a few days in advance to ensure your preferred date.
The kitchen is my heart. I started my journey in my father's restaurant, inspired by my grandmother’s kitchen filled with the aromas of saffron, olive oil, and fresh fish. When you dine at Sevilla, you are not just having a meal; you are tasting my heritage.
Our menu stays true to the traditions of my homeland. We serve authentic Spanish paella, tapas for sharing, and slow-braised lamb shanks that capture the slow, rhythmic pace of Mediterranean cooking. Every sauce is prepared from scratch, ensuring the ingredients speak for themselves.
Whether you choose the garden seating or a private cabana, we focus on the details. Our garden area is lit by lanterns and soft lights to create a warm, inviting glow. For our private cabana guests, we provide a dedicated butler to manage your evening, ensuring your focus remains entirely on your company.
