When you reserve a private cabana, we set the stage before you arrive. I ensure there are fresh rose petals on the table, a personalized cake if you need one, and a dedicated butler to handle everything from your champagne pour to your music cues. You do not have to worry about planning the small logistics because we take care of the setup so you can focus entirely on your partner.
I believe that the best celebrations happen when you are not stressed by the details. At Sevilla, I brought the spirit of my grandmother's kitchen from Spain to the heart of New Delhi, and my team works hard to keep that feeling alive.
Why Choose Our Spaces
We offer different zones for different needs. Our alfresco garden seating in The Claridges courtyard is perfect for a relaxed date where you want to enjoy the open air. If you need true privacy, our cabanas are the way to go. These are wooden decks with white curtains that we can pull shut to separate you from the rest of the restaurant.
What We Handle for You
- Decor: From rose petal arrangements to candle placement, we handle the aesthetics so you do not have to.
- The Little Extras: Whether you need a specific song played, a birthday cake with a custom message, or a bouquet of 50 red roses for a proposal, just tell us when you book.
- Service: For our private cabana and VIP Salamanca packages, you get a dedicated butler. They will manage your water, wine, and timing so the service feels invisible but attentive.
Pricing Reality
We offer tiered packages because not every celebration is the same.
- Alfresco: Best for casual dinners and anniversaries where you want the atmosphere of the courtyard.
- Cabana: These are popular for birthdays and anniversaries. We provide a five-course tasting menu and a bottle of Prosecco.
- VIP Salamanca: This is for the big moments, like proposals. It includes a seven-course dinner, premium champagne, and extensive floral decor.
