My Training Philosophy and Proven Results
Fitness is about more than just lifting weights. It is a mindset, a daily hustle, and a commitment to moving better every single day. These moments show how I train, how I grow, and the results we build together.
This is what the process looks like. Hitting a 100kg front squat, then failing at 120kg, and coming back to conquer it. I believe in showing the struggle, not just the success, because progress is never a straight line.
Unlocking a new personal record with a 110kg incline bench press for two reps. We celebrate every win, big or small, because they are the milestones on the path to greatness. This is what consistent effort builds.
Here I am with my Pilates Level 1 Reformer certification. I integrate Pilates principles into my training to build core strength, improve posture, and help you move pain-free. It's not just about lifting heavy, it's about moving well.
A strong body is the product of a strong mind. My goal is to help you build both. This is the result of discipline, proper nutrition, and a training plan that is built for sustainable results.
I will not lose, this I know. No matter how many times I fall or how lost I feel, I will keep fighting. This is the mindset I bring to my own life and to every client I train. We don't give up.
A quick look at a typical leg day. We start with barefoot mobility drills to activate the feet and ankles, move to heavy barbell squats for strength, and finish with single-leg balance work to build stability.
These are six simple rules I live by for a full-body transformation. It's about discipline in all areas of life: no alcohol, 8 hours of sleep, mentorship, daily exercise, 10,000 steps, and avoiding junk food.
With my fellow instructors after completing our Pilates Level 1 training. I am always a student, constantly learning and growing so I can bring the best, most effective techniques to you.
About Featured
When I look at a movement, I see more than just the weight on the bar. Whether we are hitting a new 110kg bench press PR or working on mobility with Pilates, I prioritize technique and sustainability over quick fixes. I personally track every metric and recovery sign because I want to see you hit those milestones safely. If you are here for a generic gym routine, this is not it. This is about building a body that is strong, functional, and resilient.
Building from the ground up
Fitness for me is about Mitti ko sona banane ka hunar (the skill to turn soil into gold). It means taking what you have right now—your current strength, your posture issues, your old injuries—and transforming them into your best physique.
Why my approach is different
- Integration: I don't separate lifting from mobility. You will see me training heavy compound lifts like squats and deadlifts, but you will also see me with my Pilates certification. I blend these worlds so you can lift heavy without living in pain.
- The Struggle: Progress is not a straight line. I post videos of failed lifts because showing the struggle is as important as celebrating the win. I expect you to have the same mindset: show up, do the work, and accept that some days will be harder than others.
- Accountability: My training is not a 60-minute transactional service. I provide WhatsApp support to track your nutrition, sleep, and steps, because your transformation happens during the other 23 hours of the day.
Locations and Training
I operate out of specific gyms in Dwarka and Paschim Vihar, Delhi, where I have full access to the functional zones and lifting platforms. If you are a beginner, we start with movement patterns and form audits. If you are an athlete, we push for progressive overload.
Main haroonga nahin (I will not lose), and I bring that same relentless energy to your goals. If you are ready to stop making excuses and start building, let's get to work.
