Pilates and Strength Training in Dwarka
I focus on the science of movement, combining Pilates precision with strength conditioning to help you build a safer, more aligned body.
I guide a client through a lunge on the Pilates Reformer, focusing on perfect alignment. Notice how I adjust his posture to ensure his front leg is stable, his lumbar spine maintains a neutral curve, and his neck is correctly aligned. This hands-on correction is key to preventing injury and getting the most out of every movement.
This is an advanced inverted exercise on the Reformer, designed to build full-body strength and elongate the spine. I focus on precise setup with specific spring tension and cues like balancing weight on the shoulders and articulating each vertebra. This shows the level of control and strength we can achieve together.
If you spend hours at a desk, this is for you. I demonstrate a simple posture correction technique to combat the back pain and strain from office work. By maintaining a neutral spine and engaging your core even while sitting, you can protect your back throughout the day.
Proper technique is not optional; it is everything. In this video, I explain why doing an exercise incorrectly is more dangerous than not doing it at all. Just like you hire a tutor for academics, an expert trainer is essential for ensuring your physical safety and progress in the gym.
Your safety is my top priority. I am a certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider, trained in CPR and AED use by the American Heart Association. This certification reflects my commitment to creating the safest possible training environment for all my clients.
A warm smile is the universal language of kindness. While I am serious about technique, our sessions are built on positive energy and mutual respect. I am here to support you on your fitness journey.
Here is a glimpse into the variety of movements we can explore on the Pilates Reformer. From core-focused exercises to dynamic stretches, each session is designed to challenge your body in new ways, building balanced, functional strength.
About Featured
When you train with me, we aren't just moving; we're focusing on the science of alignment. Whether you are using the Pilates Reformer or doing floor-based mat routines, I watch your lumbar spine and scapular stability constantly. My goal is to build strength that actually translates to your daily life—protecting your back while you work at your desk or when you push your limits in the gym.
My Approach: Strength Through Safety
I believe that being weak is more dangerous than lifting heavy. My sessions are about building a body that is balanced and tough from the inside out.
The Pilates Reformer Experience
I use the Pilates Reformer because it provides the resistance needed for controlled, effective training. We focus on:
- Technical Precision: Every movement has a purpose. We adjust the footbar, spring tension (Red/Blue/Yellow), and strap length based on your specific body mechanics.
- Spinal Health: For those with desk jobs, I focus on correcting 'Kyphotic posture' (hunchback). We work on thoracic extension and core activation to relieve stiffness.
- Full-Body Control: From using the 'Box' for prone exercises to the Magic Circle for adductor engagement, every tool is used to deepen your understanding of your own body.
Why Technique Matters
If you perform an exercise incorrectly, you aren't just wasting your time—you are risking injury. I am strict with my cues. Whether it is 'neutral spine' or 'hip squaring,' I will correct you until you get it right. My coaching is grounded in my background as an MPED and Master’s in Yoga, which allows me to blend high-intensity weightlifting drills with the restorative power of Pilates and Yoga.
Who This Is For
Whether you are a complete beginner looking to fix your posture or an athlete trying to improve your performance, I tailor the program to your level. We work hard, we stay focused, and we respect the process.
