Advanced Competitive Swim Training in Bangalore
From perfecting your butterfly stroke to training for your next triathlon, we help you push your limits and achieve your personal best in the water.
It's so good to see our pre-competitive swimmers, some as young as six, fearlessly sprinting in an Olympic-size pool. During their monthly time trials, they practice dives off the starting blocks and race in freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.
Attention triathletes and open water swimmers. Our covered, temperature-controlled pool in Koramangala is perfect for year-round training. We have multiple options, from beginner classes to advanced training and lap swimming.
Diving into deep water can be scary, but our little Sharks (Advanced level 1) are learning how to do it with confidence. Our coaches guide them through the process, from basic dives to practicing on the starting blocks.
Welcome to our newest Marlins. On a rainy evening, five of our most talented pre-competitive swimmers were promoted to our competitive team. They train year-round and are ready to start gaining race experience.
All stars, all of them. To pass this advanced level, our swimmers completed a 500m non-stop freestyle, a 200m individual medley, 100m of each of the four strokes, deep water sculling, and a dive start off the blocks.
Our coach Sumesh and I demonstrate the butterfly stroke for our swimmers. Even though we have different techniques, swimming some fly always makes you feel powerful in the water.
This swimmer's journey from being scared of the water to swimming laps of freestyle is a testament to consistent training and the right guidance. The magic is in the daily commitment.
About this collection
It’s not just about swimming laps; it’s about technique, speed, and endurance. To join our competitive squads, you’ll need to demonstrate proficiency in all four strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—and pass our time trials, which include a 500m non-stop swim. We keep our coaching standards high to ensure every swimmer is race-ready.
Take Your Swimming to the Next Level
When you move from recreational swimming to competitive training, the focus shifts to efficiency and raw performance. Whether you are aiming for a sub-2-minute 100m freestyle or training for your first Ironman, our programs are designed to get you there.
Our Training Focus
- Technique First: We don't just count laps. We break down the physics of your stroke. From high-elbow catch mechanics to the explosive power of a butterfly, we focus on the small details that shave seconds off your timing.
- Endurance & Open Water: Our triathlon and open water prep includes distance drills, deep-water sculling, and open water simulation. We train you to handle the toughest conditions, whether you're aiming for a 1km sprint or a channel crossing.
- Conditioning: Our competitive 'Marlins' squad trains year-round. This involves regular time trials, dive starts off the blocks, and endurance sets that test your mental fortitude as much as your physical stamina.
Where We Train
We operate across Bangalore, including specialized venues like our temperature-controlled pool in Koramangala. This setup allows for consistent training throughout the year, regardless of the weather outside. You get access to Olympic-sized lanes, starting blocks, and a community of swimmers who push each other to break personal bests.
Is This For You?
Our advanced batches are strictly for those who can already swim 500m of freestyle. If you’re not there yet, don't worry. We have a clear progression path that helps you build the necessary technique and stamina to eventually join our competitive squads. If you are ready to put in the work, we are ready to coach you.
