Competitive swimming requires more than just water time. It requires a structured approach to conditioning. At PM Swimming Centre, our squad training is built for those who are already comfortable in deep water and want to sharpen their skills for racing or personal bests.

What Our Training Includes

  • High-Intensity Drills: We focus on refinement of all four competitive strokes—Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. You will work on high-elbow catch, hip rotation, and the S-shape arm path for maximum propulsion.
  • 50m Olympic Pool Access: You train in our full-size Olympic pool, which is essential for getting used to racing lengths and open-water feel.
  • Dryland Conditioning: Swimming isn't just about the pool. We provide access to our on-site gym area for strength training, which is crucial for injury prevention and power generation.
  • Performance Tracking: We hold periodic time trials so you can track your progress against the clock. This helps in building race strategy, pacing, and finishing strong.

Schedule and Commitment

Our advanced squad training runs 5-6 days a week, with sessions lasting 60-90 minutes. This is a consistent, recurring subscription model because performance gains in swimming come from repetition and consistency. We push you to maintain your form even when your heart rate is up, preparing you for the reality of competition. Whether you are aiming for the KSA State Championships or just want to swim at a higher technical level, our coaches—Neelkanth, Prashanth, and Anil—are there to correct your form in real-time.
