I bring ancient stories and cultural traditions to life using shifting sand. These live performances are designed for festivals, spiritual gatherings, and celebrations of Indian heritage.

On Mahashivaratri, I created this sand art sequence depicting Lord Shiva in the Himalayas. The performance visualizes the divine presence in nature, from the mountains to the rivers, as a form of worship.

This sand art video captures key moments from the Ramayana. It shows the sacred fire of a yagna, a humble hut in the forest, and the iconic profile of Lord Rama, telling a timeless story with sand and light.

This piece, 'Sri Ram Vaibhavam', is a calligraphic and illustrative sand art tribute. It shows how I can form intricate text and images to honor sacred figures and events.

For International Yoga Day, I created this image of a figure in a yoga pose, representing the connection between the soul and the soil. It is a reminder of India's gift of wellness to the world.

About Cultural & Mythological Narratives

For these cultural sets, I require a clear projection setup, either an LED wall or a high-quality projector and screen. The sand I use is dust-reduced river sand, which keeps the visual output clean even on large displays.
