About Our Studio
We designed this studio to feel like a party, not a gym. You get wood finish flooring that is gentle on your joints, full-wall mirrors to keep your form in check, and LED lighting that sets the mood for every high-energy Bollybeats or Zumba session.
At Sam's Dance and Fitness Studio, we believe the vibe of the room dictates the quality of your workout. Our space in Tejaswini Nagar is fully air-conditioned, so you can push hard in our Bollybeats or Zumba sessions without worrying about the heat. We have installed wood finish laminate flooring because we know how important it is to protect your knees and ankles while you move.
Our philosophy, 'Where dance speaks,' is built into the studio design. It is not just about the equipment. It is about the community. You will see us celebrate member birthdays, host festival themes, and keep the energy high with spot lighting. We use 1kg to 2.5kg vinyl dumbbells for our strength training blocks, ensuring you get a complete workout that balances cardio with toning.
Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced dancer, you will find your tribe here. We keep our batches focused on fun and support, ensuring you leave every class feeling lighter in your head and heart. Come as you are, bring your water bottle, and get ready to join the family.
