About Meet Your Instructor: Sam
When I lead a session, I focus on the 'dhamaka' energy rather than perfection. You do not need to be a pro to join my classes; my 60-minute sessions are designed to mix high-energy Bollybeats and Zumba with simple floor exercises, so you leave the studio feeling strong and happy regardless of your dance background.
For me, fitness isn't a chore, and I want you to feel the same way. When you walk into my studio in Tejaswini Nagar, you aren't just joining a gym. We have created a space with wood finish flooring and LED strip lighting that feels more like a club than a classroom. Whether you are looking for high-intensity Zumba to Latin rhythms or our signature Bollybeats fitness classes, the goal is always the same: to sweat, smile, and leave your stress at the door.
My classes are structured to give you a full-body workout. We spend the first part of the session getting the heart rate up with dance routines, and we always dedicate the last 15 minutes to toning and strength work using 1kg to 2.5kg dumbbells and foam mats. You don't need any fancy gear—just show up with your water bottle and a bit of enthusiasm.
What really sets us apart is the community. We are a family that celebrates birthdays, festivals, and small wins together. If you are a beginner, you will fit right in because I focus on 'Hinglish' motivation and ensuring everyone feels comfortable moving at their own pace. We aren't just about the numbers on a scale; we are about building confidence, making friends, and finding a rhythm that makes you want to keep coming back.
