About Mango Season Specials
Because these desserts are entirely fresh and preservative-free, I bake each order from scratch using only seasonal Alphonso mangoes. This means I require at least 24 hours notice to prepare your mango cake or dessert tub, so please plan your celebrations a day in advance to ensure your treats are ready when you need them.

Everything you see here is baked in our Wadala kitchen. We do not use preservatives, artificial flavoring, or pre-made mixes. When you taste our mango cakes, you are tasting the fruit, flour, and butter—nothing else. We keep our batches small to ensure that the texture remains consistent and the flavor stays true to what you expect from a premium, handcrafted dessert.
