Boxing Training and Fitness Coaching
Boxing is not just a sport; it is a way to break your mental and physical limits. Whether you want to lose fat, learn self-defence, or build a fighter's mindset, we start with technique and intensity. No shortcuts, just hard work.
Here, I'm working with a client on her boxing technique and functional strength. We combine pad work for precision with exercises like the wheelbarrow walk to build a strong core and upper body.
A typical boxing session involves a mix of drills. Here, clients practice footwork and combinations with me on the pads before moving to the heavy bag to build power and stamina.
There's a different energy when you train in a group. Here, my clients work on their punching combinations and endurance on the heavy bags. Pain is just weakness leaving the body.
My personal training involves a mix of disciplines. This session combines intense heavy bag work to sharpen my boxing skills with battle rope drills for a full-body cardio and strength blast.
The ritual of wrapping hands is the start of every boxing session. It's about preparation and focus before getting into high-intensity heavy bag work designed to shred body fat and improve conditioning.
Boxing training isn't just about punching. It involves intense cardio like running on the assault treadmill and practicing footwork through shadow boxing to build a complete athletic base.
A look inside Space Seven Fitness Club, where I run my combat classes. This is where clients come to train, push their limits, and become part of a community dedicated to getting stronger.
A coach is a mentor and a guide. My goal is to instill discipline, teach the art of self-defense, and share the values of respect and perseverance through martial arts and strength training.
I believe in walking my own path with determination. I will not compromise on my principles or my hard work to get ahead.
About Boxing: Fight for Your Fitness
Every session starts with mobility drills—I do not let anyone lift or hit the bag without warming up the joints first. If you want to train with me, be ready to wrap your own hands and focus on fundamentals before we ever touch the heavy bags. This is where we build the connection between your mind and your muscles.
My Approach to Boxing
Boxing is about discipline, not just throwing punches. My training methodology is built on three pillars: technique, conditioning, and consistency. When you train with me, you are not just getting a workout; you are learning the science of the sport.
The Training Cycle
We start with the basics of footwork and stance. You cannot generate power if your base is weak. Once your fundamentals are solid, we move to:
- Mitt Work & Combinations: Sharpening your precision and reaction time.
- Heavy Bag Drills: Building endurance and explosive power.
- HIIT Finishers: High-intensity circuits to shred fat and boost cardiovascular health.
Training Locations
I operate out of commercial gyms like Space Seven Fitness in Sector 73, Mohali, and Burn Gym in Phase 5. If you prefer privacy, I offer at-home personal training across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula, where I bring the pads, resistance bands, and focus mitts to your doorstep.
Is This for You?
I train people who are serious about results. Whether you are a beginner looking to understand boxing, a woman interested in self-defense, or someone tired of boring gym routines, my sessions will push you. We track your progress with periodic 1-rep max testing and macronutrient advice. If you are ready to put in the 'mehnat' (hard work), I am ready to coach you.
