My opinion for you. To be a champion, you need determination, dedication, and discipline. Stop scrolling reels and focus on your off-season.
To succeed in sports, you must be selfish. Your diet is for you. On stage, you compete to win, even against your brothers. Off stage, we are family.
Set your mind, raise your energy level. Training starts in the brain. If you are lazy mentally, you will get injured. Focus your mind to get 100% results.
Understand the value of time. These boys travel from Aligarh, Bagpat, and Rohini to train. If you have excuses, you will get nothing. If you want it, you make time.
Change your perspective. If you see only a dry roti, it won't help you. If you eat it with gratitude, even that will build your body. It's all about your mindset.
Hit your off-season to become a champion. A strong off-season is the foundation for a winning physique on stage. Don't get lazy.
Eat, rest, and train. Stop looking for magic tablets. The secret to bodybuilding is consistent hard work, a good diet, and proper rest.
Think positive, focus on the goal. Don't listen to people who talk about cheating. Focus on your own flaws and work to become so good that no one can cheat you.
We are very different. If someone trusts me, I will give my life for them, but I will never break their trust.

If you are consistent with your training, eating right, and resting, the results will show. You need to stop looking for a 'quick fix' and start respecting the process.
My athletes travel from all over, including Aligarh, Bagpat, and Rohini, to train with me. They know I don't sugarcoat the truth. If your form is bad, I fix it. If you are lazy, I push you.
