Most people ruin their workout intensity by scrolling on their phones during sets. I teach you to cut that dead time. If you want a real pump, stick to a strict 60 to 90-second rest period. It is small changes like this, not fancy supplements, that actually drive growth.

- No-Nonsense Coaching: I do not believe in shortcuts or steroids. I teach natural bodybuilding using a desi diet—ghar ka khana—that works with your metabolism.
- Form and Focus: Ego lifting causes injuries. I train you to focus on the contraction and the movement, not just the number on the plate.
