Our founder, Aditi Dugar, leads a team that thrives on the unusual. We take the humble murukku or common rusks and give them a complete glow up. It is not about making food look pretty, although we focus heavily on presentation. It is about making sure that when your guests take a bite, they taste a specific part of your story.

We avoid the standard, cookie-cutter approach. You will not find predictable menus here. Instead, you find combinations like Kerala appam paired with Thai mushroom larb, or desserts that challenge traditional mithai norms.
