In my studio in Mahalakshmi, I experiment with how these simple textures react to bold, modern flavours. I work with clients across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region to bring this vision to their events. Whether it is a small, intimate gathering or a large shaadi, the process stays the same. We take your favourite memory or a specific snack you love, and we add elements like truffle oil, pink peppercorn, or house-made dips. It turns food from a necessity into a conversation starter.
