My Avocado Tartare on Ragi Crisps with Wasabi Aioli. This bite-sized canapé combines creamy avocado with the earthy crunch of ragi and a kick of wasabi, garnished with an edible flower.

Another take on the Avocado Tartare Ragi Crisp, this version is topped with ponzu pearls and fresh dill, served on a stunning sunburst-shaped golden platter.

Sour Eggplant Ragi Crisps presented as individual portions. The tangy eggplant relish is paired with a crunchy, wholesome ragi crisp for a unique flavor combination.

A simple yet elegant presentation of a ragi crisp topped with a creamy spread and garnished with fresh dill and cucumber. This highlights the versatility of the humble ragi crisp.

This is my Ratatouille & Ash Tart with Tomato Caviar. The savory ratatouille filling sits in a striking black ash tart shell, topped with creamy foam and glistening tomato pearls.

My Cheddar Chilli Cheese Straws are a crowd favorite. They are served here with a vibrant green dip and a rich sundried tomato pesto, making for a perfect party snack.

The cheese straws are paired with two of my signature dips: a creamy Asparagus Dip and a tangy Sundried Tomato Dip, presented in a clear acrylic tray.

These are Sundried Tomato and Za'atar Goat Cheese Pinwheels. The savory swirls are packed with Mediterranean flavors and are perfect as a bite-sized appetizer for any event.

My deconstructed Avocado Sev Puri, layered beautifully in a clear container. It features layers of avocado, chutneys, yogurt, and crunchy sev, offering all the flavors of the classic chaat in a modern format.

Grilled Portobello Skewers served with a Feta Dip and a sprinkle of Sumac. These vegetarian skewers are a hearty and flavorful option for grazing tables and parties.
