Signature 7-Course Sit-Down Experience
The Dining Experience
- Menu Structure: A bespoke 7-course tasting menu including Amuse-bouche, Soup/Salad, Small Plates, Sorbet Cleanser, Main Course, Pre-Dessert, and Main Dessert.
- Concept: "Storytelling on a Plate" where dishes are customized to the host's memories (e.g., a dish inspired by your favorite travel destination or childhood snack).
- Signature Dish Examples:
- Appetizers: Kerala Appam with Thai-inspired Mushroom Larb, Saku Sai dumplings with chilli soy & garlic chips.
- Mains: Four Cheese Cappellaci with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Sage & Popcorn Butter or Smoked Salmon Roulade.
- Dessert: Anjeer Halwa Tart with Almond Cream or Tintin-inspired Flourless Chocolate Cake.
Aesthetic & Service
- Tablescape Styling: Complete table setup including vintage silverware, heirloom-style mismatched crockery (Parisian flea market plates), linen napkins, and thematic centerpieces (fresh florals, candles).
- Staffing: Executive Chef on-site for finishing and plating plus white-glove waiters for synchronized service (approx. 1 server per 3-4 guests).
- Stationery: Personalized printed menu cards for every seat on edible paper or textured cards.
Luxury Grazing Table & "Basic to Bougie" Canapés
The Grazing Table (Stationary)
