About this collection
While our menus and branding have evolved over the last 15 years, the heart of our kitchen remains unchanged. Chef Joginder, Chef Krishna, and Chef Eknath have been with us since the early days, working as a family to maintain the high standard of flavour and service that we are known for across Mumbai.
What started in a small home kitchen back in 2010 grew into a team that treats every single event as if it were for their own friends. Our growth was never about scaling up for the sake of it, but about finding people who share our obsession with detail.
Chef Joginder, who worked in my mother's kitchen, was the first person I brought on board. Chef Krishna and Chef Eknath followed shortly after, completing the core trio that still leads our kitchen operations today. We believe that great food comes from a happy, stable team, which is why you won't see us bringing in random staff for your parties.
Our waitstaff are professionals in uniform, and our chefs are individuals who know exactly how we plate a dish or prep a station. We keep our internal circle tight because it ensures the quality never dips, whether we are catering for a small brunch or a large wedding. You get to see the polished results at your celebration, but the real magic is the consistency we have built over a decade and a half of feeding the city.
