About Artisanal Festival Sweets & Savories
Why I Do This
Food isn’t just about taste for me - it’s about memory, connection, and a bit of nostalgia. I genuinely believe ‘Yatha Annam Tatha Mannam’ - as the food, so the mind. Every sweet or snack I make is meant to create that festival magic at home, the way our elders did.
What Sets My Sweets & Savories Apart
- Everything is made in small batches, just before the festival, so you get that fresh, just-cooked feel.
- Sugar? Not much here. Most of my sweets are made with organic jaggery. It’s a healthier, richer flavour.
- Only pure desi ghee and local ingredients go into the mix. No shortcuts.

How It Works
I don’t keep sweets on a shelf - everything’s made to order for each festival. For Varamahalakshmi, Ganesha Habba, Diwali, and more, I announce a festival menu, prep fresh, and deliver across namma Bengaluru (our city). Everything’s packed with care - ready for gifting or just enjoying at home.
If you want festival flavours with a homemade touch, this is it.

My Story
I’m Arjun and Saffron & Salsa is my heart-work. We started with a baale ele oota (plantain leaf meal) for a Muslim wedding in 2020 - that’s our style, mixing cultures, respecting every tradition. Cooking’s not just a job, it’s my meditation. We don’t like waste, so I always talk to clients about mindful menus. Hara, our kitchen, is all about hyperlocal food. Awards are nice, but being called back by families, that’s real joy.
