About Vegetarian & Vegan Event Catering
Our Food Philosophy
‘Yatha Annam Tatha Mannam’ (as is the food, so is the mind) is more than a saying for us. Cooking is my meditation, and every event is personal. I put my heart into every menu, making sure the food uplifts the mood and the moment.
Personalised Menus
Standard menus just don’t cut it. I start by getting to know you - your story, your roots, the traditions you want to highlight. Whether it’s a Kannada-Punjabi wedding or an Upanayanam, I customise everything so your event feels truly yours.
All-Veg, All-Inclusive
You’ll find everything from live pasta stations and gourmet pizzas to Puliyogare and Malnad delicacies.
- Italian, Lebanese, Pan-Asian – it’s all on offer, done authentically
- Karnataka classics, pan-Indian favorites, and vibrant chaat stalls
- Special diets? No problem. I’ve got fully vegan Indian festival menus, Jain food without onion/garlic, and Satvik options for sacred ceremonies
Experience & Presentation
I’m big on interactive live vegetarian food stations - dosas, pastas, chaats, jalebis, you name it. You can go traditional with baale ele oota (plantain leaf meal), royal with gold-plated thalis, or elegant with premium buffets.
Conscious Catering
I care about sustainable event catering. We plan for zero food waste and use only reusable glass and steel, never single-use plastics. It’s about celebrating responsibly, keeping it beautiful and mindful.

My Story
I’m Arjun and Saffron & Salsa is my heart-work. We started with a baale ele oota (plantain leaf meal) for a Muslim wedding in 2020 - that’s our style, mixing cultures, respecting every tradition. Cooking’s not just a job, it’s my meditation. We don’t like waste, so I always talk to clients about mindful menus. Hara, our kitchen, is all about hyperlocal food. Awards are nice, but being called back by families, that’s real joy.
