About Additional Preparations

You won't find pre-packaged masalas in our kitchen. Every gravy, whether it’s our spicy green masala for chicken or the rich mutton base, starts with whole spices and fresh herbs sourced locally on the morning of your event. We believe that if the base isn't perfect, the final biryani won't have that signature smoky depth, which is why we take the time to prep everything from scratch in large batches.
