About this collection
We do not just run, we condition. My sessions combine 30 minutes of military-style drills with your scheduled run, meaning you leave Cubbon Park with stronger legs and a clearer head than when you arrived.
At RTC, we do things differently. You will not find generic advice here. Whether you are a total newbie or training for the Tata Mumbai Marathon, I design your plan based on where you are today. We use public stairs for resistance training, Nandi Hills for elevation, and Cubbon Park for our tempo runs. My sessions are not just about covering distance. We focus on form, cadence, and mental strength to ensure you are injury-proof.
