This is what it looks like when you decide to try something new as an adult. My classes are a judgment-free zone where you can learn at your own pace, use equipment like foam pits and trampolines for safety, and rediscover how fun it is to move your body.

You are not in this alone. Our adult classes are a group effort where everyone supports each other. Here you can see our members working on everything from handstands to flips with guidance from our coaches.

About this collection

We use specialized foam pits and trampolines to handle the landing, so you can test your limits without the fear of hitting the hard floor. Whether you are aiming for a handstand or just want to touch your toes, we meet you exactly where you are today. You do not need to be flexible or fit to start, because that is exactly what we help you build.

What Happens in Class?

Our sessions in Whitefield are designed to be friendly and safe. You will not be flying solo. Our NIS-certified coaches guide every movement, ensuring you learn proper technique from day one.

Typical sessions include:

  • Strength and Conditioning: Focused work on core and upper body strength using bodyweight exercises.
  • Flexibility Training: We work on splits, backbends, and general mobility at your own pace.
  • Skill Progression: From rolls to handstands, we use foam pits and sprung floors to make sure you progress safely.

Your First Day

You do not need to be an ex-athlete to walk through our doors. Most of our members start as complete beginners who have never done a cartwheel. We start with the absolute basics, focusing on proper form and safety. If you have been hesitant about starting, know that our environment is non-judgmental. Everybody roots for each other, and the coaches are always there to spot you.
