Our sessions are built around safe, controlled progression. Whether you are aiming for your first handstand or working on your backflip, we use professional air tracks and thick crash mats to manage impact. You won't be left to guess your form; a coach is always there to spot your technique and ensure you stay injury-free throughout your workout.
Gymnastics isn't just about winning medals; it's the most effective way to build functional strength, coordination, and mobility that you can actually use in daily life. At our Jakkur and Kalyan Nagar locations, we run adult-specific batches designed for working professionals who want to train hard without the monotony of a typical gym.
What to Expect in Class
Each 90-minute session is carefully structured to maximize your time. We split the class 40-60: the first part is intense strength conditioning using bodyweight, agility ladders, and ropes. The second half is pure skill acquisition. This is where you work on your calisthenics goals like handstands, planches, or muscle-ups.
The Twistars Approach
We are not a mass-enrollment gym. We keep our group sizes manageable so that coaches can provide personal corrections. You aren't just following a video on a screen; you have a coach watching your alignment, fixing your form, and pushing you when you’re ready for the next level.
Safety and Equipment
We know the biggest hurdle for adults is the fear of impact. That is why we provide full access to Olympic-standard apparatus, including parallel bars and rings, but keep the learning safe with foam pits and specialized landing mats. Whether you are coming back to the sport after years or walking onto a gym floor for the first time, our goal is to help you build strength safely.
