About Behind the Scenes: Our Process
My clients often ask why I am at the site daily. It is because details like profile light placement, texture paint alignment, and drawer soft-closer adjustments cannot be managed from an office. I prefer being where the work happens to ensure my team gets the execution right before we hand over your keys.
From Concept to Completion
We don't just hand over a plan and disappear. Our process is built on being present at your home in Mumbai or Thane until the work is finished.
Phase 1: The Planning Stage Every project begins with understanding how you live. Whether it is a 2BHK in a high-rise or a studio, we focus on smart space planning. We create 3D renders that help you visualize exactly how your modular kitchen or bedroom will look before we hammer a single nail.
Phase 2: Material Selection We do not just order materials online. I personally take my clients to the shop to select laminates, textures, and fabrics. You need to touch and feel the plywood and Sunmica finishes to ensure they match the luxury look you want. This step prevents any surprises later.
Phase 3: On-Site Execution This is where the real work happens. My team handles everything from masonry and false ceiling markings to carpentry and electrical work. We use BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) plywood for durability and precision machinery for all furniture cuts. I am on-site to guide the carpenters, ensuring our TV units and wardrobes are installed perfectly.
Phase 4: Handover Before we call it done, we do a final inspection. We check every hydraulic gas pump, sliding channel, and cabinet hinge. We want your home to be ready for you to move in, with zero stress.
