The first step for any office or retail project is understanding the raw space. Here, I am at a bare shell site, planning the fundamental layout and discussing possibilities with the team before we create the first drawing.
This is where it all begins: on-site with the client. I take precise measurements and we have a detailed discussion about their needs and vision for the space. This ensures the design is perfectly tailored to them from the start.
A crucial and collaborative part of the process is Material Selection Day. I accompany my clients to showrooms to physically see and choose the laminates, veneers, and finishes that will define the look of their space.
Lighting is key to setting the right mood. Here we are at a lighting store, selecting fixtures and switches. I guide my clients through the technical and aesthetic choices to find the perfect lighting solution for their project.
More from a material selection day. We review different sample books and large-format sheets to get a real feel for the textures and colors. This hands-on approach ensures there are no surprises in the final result.
A glimpse of the site in progress. Here you can see the kitchen and storage cabinets being installed. The protective film is still on as we carefully assemble each component according to the approved 3D designs.
Nearing site completion. The basic structures like wardrobes and doors are in place. This is the stage just before the final finishing touches, like painting and polishing, are applied.
A quick teaser of a project that is loading. This shows the transition from a work-in-progress kitchen and storage area to the final look. Good design takes time, and this is a peek into that transformation.

We don't believe in just showing you a 3D file and disappearing. Whether it is choosing the right laminate at a wholesale market or measuring the exact wall dimensions for a flat merger, I am on-site to ensure the practical work matches the visual plan. You are involved in every decision, from selecting the light fixtures to approving the final finish, so there are no surprises.
My process is built on transparency and communication. It is not just about the final photos; it is about how we get there.
1. Site Measurement and Planning
Before we start any design work, I visit your site personally to take measurements. We sit down to discuss what you actually need. If you have a specific requirement like a Vastu-compliant layout or you need to merge two flats, we plan the civil changes first. This is where we decide where to demolish walls and how to make the space functional.
2. Material Selection Day
I do not just pick materials for you. I take you to the showrooms. We spend time looking at laminates, veneers, and tiles together. You get to touch and feel what is going into your home or office. It is important that you are happy with the quality and the budget before we finalize the purchase.
3. Execution and Site Supervision
Once work begins, I am on-site. This includes managing the carpentry, electrical wiring, and the installation of false ceilings or custom furniture. Whether it is a luxury jewelry store in Mumbai or a residential renovation, my team and I handle everything from the initial debris removal to the final coat of paint.
4. Quality Checks
Nothing is finished until it is checked. Before handover, we ensure that every drawer, light switch, and display unit is working exactly as planned. We keep the site clean and ensure that the transition from a work-in-progress site to a finished home is smooth.
