Behind the Scenes: From Plan to Reality
Interior design is rarely just a 3D render. Real construction involves planning, problem-solving, and constant coordination. See how I take a space from a bare shell to a finished home or office.
The "Think" phase is all about listening. I sit down with my clients to understand their brand, workflow, and what they want customers to feel, using tablets and sketches to bring initial ideas to life.
Client collaboration continues throughout the project. This video shows a client visit during the construction phase, where we review the progress together to ensure the vision is being realized correctly.
This is the "Build" phase in motion. You can see my team working on-site, constructing the custom furniture and preparing the space. I manage this entire process so you only have one point of contact.
The details matter. Here I am on-site, personally checking the measurements for wall paneling. This hands-on approach is part of my commitment to ensuring high-quality execution in every project.
About Behind the Scenes: From Plan to Reality
When you see my team on site, we are usually executing the 'kaccha site meeting' phase. I mark out the furniture layouts with masking tape on the bare floor before a single piece of wood is cut. This lets you walk through the space and test the flow, preventing layout mistakes and ensuring your room feels as spacious in reality as it does in your head.
The biggest anxiety clients have is the gap between a design render and the actual build. My 'Think, Design, Build' philosophy is designed to bridge that gap completely.
The 'Kaccha' Site Advantage
Before we start any fabrication, I bring you to the raw site. We don't just talk about dimensions; we map them out on the floor. This is a critical step because it reveals if a dining table will block a walkway or if a bedroom layout feels too cramped. It is about making real-world decisions before we spend money on materials.
Single Point of Contact
Construction involves electricians, carpenters, painters, and plumbers. You do not need to juggle these teams. I handle the site supervision and vendor coordination myself. When you work with me, you are not hiring a design firm that hands you a file and leaves; you are hiring someone who is on the ground, checking measurements, ensuring the wall paneling is straight, and making sure the final execution matches the vision we discussed.
Transparent Execution
My process is built on clarity. We use BWP grade plywood, detailed electrical switchboard layouts, and we plan for the long term. Whether it is an office in Navi Mumbai or a residence in Chembur, I ensure the materials chosen are durable for high-traffic use. I am here to manage the mess, solve the on-site problems, and deliver the final result on time.
