Our studio flooring is specialized wood-pattern laminate designed to handle all your pivots and jumps without putting unnecessary stress on your joints. We keep the music loud, the energy high, and the moves simple enough that you can jump right into the rhythm even if you have never danced a step in your life.

What happens in a session?
Our 60-minute classes are designed to be a complete stress-buster. We rotate between Latin-inspired Zumba, Bollywood Fit, and Bhangra Burn, so your body never hits a plateau and your mind never gets bored. You walk in, the music starts, and you just follow the lead—no dance experience or fancy footwork required.
Our Studio Space
You will be working out in a bright, air-conditioned studio located at Emaar Palm Hills, Sector 77. We have installed professional sound systems to keep the tempo up and full-length wall mirrors so you can check your form. Plus, we have unisex changing rooms and storage cubbies for your bags, so you can head straight to your next commitment after your workout.

We keep it simple. If you are just testing the waters, grab a single drop-in pass. If you are ready to commit, our monthly and quarterly plans give you unlimited access to our 6-day weekly schedule.
