Women's MMA & Self-Defense Classes in HSR Layout
We build fighters, not just gym-goers. Our women's classes in HSR Layout focus on real techniques in a supportive space where you never feel like an outsider.
Empower yourself with the knowledge of self-defense. Here we demonstrate a simple 2-on-1 grip break to escape from an unwanted wrist grab. Safety is a right, not a privilege.
We welcome grapplers from all over. Here, Trisha from Mumbai shares her positive experience training in our structured and comfortable environment.
A full house at Kaizen, with a great turnout of women. We are proud to provide a welcoming space for everyone to learn MMA and self-defense skills.
Our Thursday night Jiu-Jitsu class, featuring several of our dedicated female students. Everyone is welcome to join the fun.
Our weekend Jiu-Jitsu batch is always packed and diverse. We are thrilled to see so many women joining us on the mats.
About this collection
You don't need to be an athlete to step on our mats. We focus on practical self-defense—like simple grip breaks and distance management—that actually work when you need them. There is no ego and no intimidation here, just a team of women and coaches who want you to leave feeling a little bit more capable than when you walked in.
A lot of women walk into Kaizen worried about the fighting part, but here is the reality: everyone starts at the same spot. We break down the complex stuff into manageable, step-by-step drills. You will learn the basics of striking and grappling—Boxing, Muay Thai, and BJJ—not necessarily to compete, but to understand your body and how to protect yourself.
Our HSR Layout gym is built on a no-ego philosophy. You are not just learning a wrist lock; you are learning how to stay calm under pressure. We keep our environment supportive, meaning you will not get thrown into deep sparring before you are ready. If you are here for fitness, you will get it. If you are here to learn how to handle an uncomfortable real-world situation, we will show you exactly how to control that space. Come for a trial class, meet the squad, and see if our vibe matches yours. We are here to get 1% better together.
Kaizen MMA
I am Piyush, and I run Kaizen with one rule: leave the ego at the door. I do not care if you have never punched anything before—my team and I will meet you right where you are. We are building a space where you actually enjoy the struggle of learning.
