About this collection

We don't just jump straight into flips; we use a progression-based system. Our coaches use manual spotting, incline mats, and specialized blocks to teach the mechanics of a roll or handstand before a student ever attempts the full move independently. This ensures your child learns the correct technique while feeling safe on the floor, rather than just guessing their way through a movement.

The Coach's Role

Our coaches are NIS certified and trained to spot—physically supporting the gymnast during a skill to ensure safety and correct posture. You will notice in our training sessions that coaches are hands-on, guiding limbs and correcting balance in real-time. This 1:10 coach-to-student ratio is vital for safety, especially when using equipment like the balance beam, uneven bars, or trampolines.

Located at our Kudlu Gate and Electronic City centers, our facilities are designed for learning:

  • FIG Certified Equipment: We prioritize safety with high-quality foam pits, crash mats, and rubberized flooring.
  • Visual Feedback: We use mirrors and video assessments to help students understand their own body positioning.
