Weekend Red Soil Cricket Training
Operational Schedule
- Timing: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Frequency: 8 to 9 sessions per month.
- Location: Outdoor red soil wicket at Ganpat Sheth Naik Maidaan.
Training & Infrastructure
- Format: Group training with approx 15 to 20 players per net.
- Practice Type: Rotation based batting and bowling in standard mesh nets.
- Drills: High catches, ground fielding, and basic physical conditioning.
Equipment & Support
- Provided: Red leather balls, stumps, and cones.
- Required: Students must bring their own personal kit bag and protective gear.
- Guidance: On spot technical correction regarding stance and grip by coaching staff.
Monsoon Indoor Net Practice
Monsoon Facility
- Structure: Bamboo and tarpaulin covered area (Jugaad style) for rain protection.
- Surface: Concrete or matting wicket to avoid mud.
- Lighting: Halogen/LED floodlights provided for evening batches.
Technical Focus
- Drills: Stationary "hanging ball" work and cone drills due to limited run up space.
- Batting: Intensive work on front foot and back foot defense mechanics.
- Bowling: Standing delivery and loading drills to refine action.
Add-ons
- Visual Feedback: Occasional smartphone based recording of stance and action.
- Fitness: Indoor agility drills, skipping, and core workouts in confined spaces.
High Performance Fitness Camp
Conditioning Focus
- Strength: Resistance training targeting shoulders for bowlers and core for batters.
- Agility: Ladder drills, cone shuffles, and hurdle jumps for reflex improvement.
- Endurance: Interval sprints and long distance running.
Expert Modules
- Trainers: Sessions led by external fitness experts (SportyFit) alongside cricket coaches.
- Mobility: Stretching routines to increase range of motion and prevent injury.
- Assessment: Basic fitness testing including sprint timing.

Why Off-Season Training Matters
For me, the maidaan is more than just a pitch - it’s where you figure out who you are. Off-season isn’t for chilling, it’s where you actually jump ahead of the rest. Six months of proper grind, discipline, and practice? Game changer. Sab tumhare practice, confidence, aur mindset par depend karta hai (Everything depends on your practice, confidence, and mindset). We focus on all three, and here, improvement is the main scene - not just playing for fun.
Our Camps & Schedules
I’ve built these cricket camps for serious players, age 6+. Choose what fits:
- Rainy Season Camp (June-Sept): Main monsoon cricket training, with covered nets so rain can’t mess up your sessions. Multiple batch timings (morning, afternoon, evening) for flexibility.
- Weekend Cricket Coaching: Saturday & Sunday only, perfect for students or those caught up with work. Small groups, so you get proper attention.
- Cricket Fitness Bootcamp: High-intensity fitness with SportyFit. We hit strength, endurance, agility, and even mental game - all tailored for cricket.

My Story
Log poochte hain, 'Aisa kya hai Cricket mein?' (What's so special?). For me, cricket ka maidaan is sukoon - peace, escape, and where I find myself. Main thokaron se utha hoon (I've risen from setbacks), and this game showed me how. Six months of true mehnat (hard work) and focus can flip your life. That’s the fire I want in every player here. All-Round Cricket Coaching - We train in leather ball cricket coaching, cricket-specific fitness drills, skills, and mental fitness training for cricketers.
Basics First, Mindset Always - Pehle basics pakdo, har ball pe focus. Improvement is the goal, not just timepass.
For Serious Players - 6 years se upar, sab aao. Start with synthetic, move to leather. Thoda tough hai, but asli maza yahi hai.
Grow to MCA Level - Jo consistent perform kare, unko MCA club selection guidance milta hai. Hum sirf sikhaate nahi, careers banaate hain.
