Beyond the mat, we gather to honor traditions, celebrate togetherness, and sync our energy with the festivals that define our culture.

A moment of devotion during our Ganesh Chaturthi celebration. A community member performs aarti, offering prayers to Lord Ganesha, the remover of obstacles. The atmosphere is filled with reverence and shared faith.

Our community gathered for the Ganesh Chaturthi pooja. The video shows the beautifully decorated idols and participants sitting in quiet meditation, soaking in the divine energy of the occasion.

The act of offering prasad during the Ganesh Chaturthi aarti. These simple, heartfelt rituals are what make our festival celebrations so meaningful and connect us to a higher power.

Another community member participates in the aarti, holding the thali with deep respect. Our celebrations are inclusive, and everyone is invited to take part in the rituals.

A young participant offers prayers during the Ganesh Chaturthi pooja. It is beautiful to see devotion being passed down and shared across generations within our community.

"ॐ शशि शेखराय नमः।" A clip from our Maha Shivratri Shiva Meditation. The collective chanting of sacred mantras creates a powerful vibration, guiding us into a state of deep inner stillness and connection with the divine masculine energy.

The joy of movement during our Navratri dance classes. Participants learn folk dance steps in a fun, supportive environment, celebrating the feminine energy of the festival through dance.

Soaking in the energy of Durga during our Navratri chanting sessions. Before the dance, we often sit in meditation and chant, connecting with the spiritual significance of the nine nights.

A panoramic view of our Navratri meditation circle. The studio is filled with members reading and chanting sacred texts, creating a powerful collective prayer for strength and protection.

Day 1 of our 9-day Navratri meditation series. We begin the festival by grounding our energy and setting intentions through focused chanting and quiet reflection.

About Festival Celebrations

Our festive gatherings are stripped back and intimate. We do not do flashy, commercial setups. Instead, you will find a quiet, candle-lit studio where the focus remains on collective chanting, meaningful rituals, and the warmth of being in a space that truly feels like home. It is about removing the noise and simply being present with our community.

When we mark a festival like Navratri or Ganesh Chaturthi, the Yogshala transforms into a sanctuary of shared intention. We clear the floor, light the diyas, and set the space for something deeper than a typical class.

Whether it is the collective energy of our Tuesday Hanuman Chalisa chanting, the nine nights of Navratri meditation, or the stillness of Maha Shivratri, every event is rooted in tradition. These are not performance-based gatherings. We focus on the essence of the occasion—the bhakti (devotion), the rhythm of the aarti, and the feeling of belonging that comes from sitting in a circle with others who are seeking the same peace.

What to expect at our gatherings:

  • An inclusive space: You do not need to be a 'yogi' or have any specific background to join. Our celebrations are open to anyone looking for connection, regardless of your familiarity with the rituals.
  • Small, heart-centered groups: We keep our batches intimate, typically 10 to 15 participants, ensuring everyone feels seen and comfortable.
  • Authentic rituals: From floral offerings and traditional chanting to collective meditation, we prioritize the rituals themselves over spectacle.
  • A space to just be: True to our studio ethos, we keep the space free of mirrors and external distractions, allowing you to turn your attention inward.

If you have been looking for a place in Delhi where you can honor these special days with a genuine community, you are welcome here. We invite you to join our sangha, share a cup of tea, and experience the energy of a festival celebrated from the heart.

Namaste. I am Rati. I started this Yogshala because I needed a place to be real, without the pressure of mirrors or expectations. For our festival gatherings, we focus on that same raw, heartfelt connection—bringing our community together to chant, celebrate, and simply exist in a shared space.
