About Strong Nation
What’s the Strong Nation Buzz?
This class is not your usual gym session. I’m all about Strong Nation, where every move matches the beat. It’s HIIT, but set to music that’s designed for the workout, not the other way around. The vibe is intense and athletic - we hit cardio, muscle conditioning, and strength, all using just our body weight. If you’ve never tried a music synced HIIT workout, you’ll know what I mean after the first round.
How I Roll as Your Instructor
I bring full energy, front and centre. You’ll hear me yell, motivate, and push you - I get hyped with every class and want everyone feeling that rush. As a Master Trainer, I’m not just teaching moves, I’m bringing a show. Sometimes my voice gets loud, sometimes I get carried away, but it’s all for the group energy.
What the Class Feels Like
It’s a party, but don’t expect it to be easy. Punches, kicks, plyo moves - you’ll sweat buckets and feel strong. The music controls the session and helps you push past what you think you can do. We move together, shout together, and honestly, sometimes collapse together. The collective energy in a Strong Nation group class is something else. If you’re looking to build body and mind toughness, this is the space.
Where You’ll Find Me
No fixed spot - I love taking these athletic cardio events all over. I run group classes, special workshops, and sometimes hit the beach or a big stage in cities like Coimbatore and Calicut. My Story
Hey! I'm Rashmi, Zumba instructor from Kerala, and yup, 44 and still shaking it! Health wasn’t always smooth for me, but dancing through the struggles made me stronger.
