You might see me leading a class with a smile, but my own fitness routine is where I build the stamina to keep up with you all. I don't just teach the moves; I train hard every single day to ensure I can give you 100 percent energy, whether we are in a gym at PVS or a hall at FITPRO.

Being a fitness instructor means my work doesn't stop when the music turns off. To lead classes like Strong Nation or Zumba effectively, I have to be in top form myself. My personal routine includes everything from strength training to endurance runs, which helps me teach with the intensity that my students expect.

Why I Mix It Up

I believe in variety. My weekly schedule changes between Aqua Zumba sessions, where we take the workout to the pool, and intense HIIT sessions for Strong Nation. This variety keeps my body challenged and prevents plateaus. When I am not training, I am often exploring new ways to make fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of their current fitness level.

I operate across various locations in Calicut, including partner venues like FITPRO and Metromax.
