About this collection

Unlike standard gym classes, here the music controls the workout. We don't just exercise to a playlist; every movement is reverse-engineered to the rhythm, making sure you stay motivated even when your muscles are screaming. Bring your own mat, wear solid athletic shoes, and be ready to push past your limits. It is high-intensity, so expect to sweat buckets, but that is exactly why it works.

The Logistics

We run sessions across various spots in Calicut, including partner venues like FITPRO, PVS, and Metromax. Since these are high-intensity sessions, flooring varies from wooden gym floors to tiled halls. You must bring your own exercise mat and wear proper athletic shoes to protect your joints.
